Embassy Suites Huntsville

Embassy Suites brand is always a good choice. The location was great for going to a theater performance at the Von Braun Center. Excellent breakfast.

What can I say! The staff at this hotel hark from an era that I thought was long gone - with excellent customer service from start to finish. It's as simple as a smile, not getting flustered when I asked to move rooms, letting us have a late checkout last min with no issues, along with many many more little details that make such a huge difference. Nothing seemed to be an issue and the staff seem to take pride in their work and enjoy it. The main lobby area is really lovely. There's a nice looking restaurant (which we didn't try because, well, kids), and the main breakfast area. I loved the general layout of the whole hotel. It reminded me a little of Vegas, in a good way. The kids loved riding up and down the glass elevator. They loved the pool which we had entirely to ourselves both times we used it. The breakfast was impeccable - lots to choose from and the made to order omelettes were top notch according to my husband, who had two every morning! The staff there will clean your table and help you with anything you need without being too imposing. There was a lady working there one morning that came and gave my kids some free cookies (after asking me if that was okay) which was a lovely gesture. I think this is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I think this is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! Then there's the evening drinks and snacks - the snacks included fresh fruit and veggies as well as pretzels, chips and dips, etc and even though it's meant to be one free drink, the bar guy said it was a slow night so let us have a couple more! It's obvious to me that whoever is managing this place looks after their staff and in turn, staff morale seems high and they pass this feeling onto the customers. As I said earlier, it doesn't feel like there are many places like this any more which made it all the more amazing.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The food was good, specially the omelet bar. The hotel itself was gorgeous and our room was so very clean and spacious. Definitely worth the value. Not to mention my daughter left some important medicine in the room and they stopped everything right then when she called to go see if they could track it down. Which they did!!!! The whole experience from getting there to even coming back home and having to reach out to them was excellent. The gentleman at the complimentary bar was so wonderful so cheerful and made the best drinks ever!! Highly highly recommend this place to anyone. The location was just right in walking distance to so many things! My daughter is getting prepared to go to UAH - the reason for our trip and I couldn't be more sure of a town I'd love for her to be in!

The property is in a great location in Huntsville. right by the downtown center, so it was easy to do things there with my family. It was also close to the main road for us to get on to head back to where we had come from easily. The staff were all wonderful. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I love seeing people that understand what working in a hotel entails. Very friendly, cared about the guests and took pride in their property.

Very spacious rooms, with everything you would want when on a trip. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful (we got the room with slightly malfunctioning faucet, they changed the rooms for us immediately). The hotel has all you need, and has a cool lobby overlooking all the rooms (like an internal atrium of a sort). Location very near the downtown, a nice walk near some ponds and fountains.
